About these terms

These terms govern your use of ptia.ca, operated by Private Training Institutions Advisors (PTIA). By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems, interfere with its operation, or use it to transmit unlawful, harmful or misleading material.

Enquiries and confidentiality

Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship. Please do not send student records, full financial statements or other confidential documents through the website form; if needed, we will arrange a secure channel. We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry.

Engagements

Consulting, workshop and advisory services are provided only under a written proposal or engagement letter that sets out scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule and responsibilities. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.
